We do the finishing ourselves. For the work around it we use firms we picked exactly as we would have picked them for our own house — and we work with them constantly, not case by case.
Why we work this way
We do not pick up tradesmen from online groups
Most problems in a renovation do not come from one bad tradesman, but from two tradesmen who do not talk to each other. The plumber who does not know where the wall goes. The joiner who measures before the plastering is finished.
That is why we use the same firms, project after project. They know each other, they know how we work and they know the standard a job is handed over to here. You are left with a single point of contact — us.
01 — Electrical, plumbing and heating
E-Caldura
Our partner for everything technical: heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing, ventilation, water filtration, smart home and photovoltaic systems. They also work on passive and nZEB houses — exactly where execution is measured, not estimated.
For you that means the runs are laid to plan before we close the walls — and nothing gets chased open after the plastering is done.
02 — Custom furniture
They build the custom furniture in our projects — kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, fitted units. They measure once the walls are finished, not before, so the doors close to the millimetre.
03 — Windows and doors
PVC and aluminium windows and doors, fitted properly and sealed the way they should be. A badly fitted window shows in winter, on the render around it.
04 — Roofing
Roof structures, coverings and sheet metal work. A bad roof does not show in the first winter — it shows in the third, on the ceiling you have just finished.
