01 — The founders
Two worlds, one company
Reno Haus grew out of a combination of discipline, hands-on experience and a refusal to accept work done to a “good enough” standard. Markus brings the process discipline and the way of organising he learned in Germany. Monica brings direct experience from renovations and a family tradition of three generations in construction.
We built Reno Haus around a simple problem: in a renovation, execution is not the only thing that counts. What counts is who plans, who checks, who coordinates and who stands behind the result to the end.
That is why we work with clear stages, clear responsibility and a single standard of execution.
02 — Who answers you
Two people, the whole project
Reno Haus — coordination of the project and the partner firms.
You are not talking to a call centre and you do not explain everything from scratch each time. You have two people, the same ones from start to finish.
Ana — main point of contact
She prepares the quote and the contract, schedules the team and keeps you updated on progress. She also sorts out whatever comes up along the way. One number, from the first conversation to handover.
Site manager — technical coordination
He is on site and answers the technical questions: what can be done, how it is built, what it involves. He tells you early if a solution will not work, and what he suggests instead.
03 — The team
A stable team, coordinated directly by Reno Haus
The Reno Haus team is employed and trained in-house. We do not work with day labourers found in online groups, nor with tradesmen who disappear the moment a better paid job comes along. Today’s team settled over time: the people we rely on for every job stayed. The same people walk into your home on the first day and hand the work over at the end.
We run a limited number of projects in parallel, so each gets the attention it needs. We train the team regularly on execution standards and site organisation — because a clear standard, repeated, eventually becomes reflex.
04 — The partners
The firms around the work
We do the finishing ourselves. For services, custom furniture, windows and roofing we use the same firms, project after project — people who know how we work and the standard a job is handed over to here.
