We cannot provide a fixed price for the project before evaluating the space, as each project is unique.

Pricing is determined only after we assess the house or rooms and have a clear understanding of what needs to be done.

2. On-Site Consultation & Project Evaluation

During the visit, we assess the condition of the space and discuss your renovation goals.

Based on this analysis, we provide an initial project outline and explore possible solutions with you.

3. Detailed Project Planning

Once the necessary work is determined, we bring in a team of experts to create a comprehensive renovation plan.

This plan includes (€50 per hour):

The project phases

The required specialists for each stage (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.)

A cost breakdown for each phase

4. Price Offer & Contract Signing

Once the plan is finalized, we provide you with a detailed price offer based on materials, labor, and project complexity.

We explain all costs transparently, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.

After agreeing on all details, we sign the contract and set the renovation schedule.

5. Execution & Project Management

Our team begins the renovation, ensuring a smooth process through careful management and precise coordination.

We keep you informed at every stage and guarantee that the work is completed on time and to the highest standards.

6. Final Inspection & Project Handover

Once the work is completed, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets the established quality standards.

We then hand over the fully renovated space, ready for use.
