We meet, listen to your project, understand your expectations. Free, no obligation. If we're not the right firm, we'll tell you upfront.

2. Paid technical assessment

Before any serious offer, we visit the site for a real technical assessment — not a guess at first sight. We check the actual condition of surfaces, installations, and substrate. The cost of the assessment is fully credited toward the main contract if we work together.

3. Firm offer, with transparent rates for unforeseen situations

You receive a firm price for the work we can specify in advance. For situations that depend on the conditions discovered (hidden moisture, substrate requiring additional preparation), you have transparent rates written into the contract. Nothing appears out of nowhere at the end.

4. Execution with weekly reporting

Every week you receive a report with photos, budget status, and what's coming next. Including when you're abroad. A single project manager answers the phone and makes decisions.
